Servo harness
A servo harness is an electrical connection harness used to connect a servo motor and a servo drive. It acts as a bridge between mechanical and electrical systems, and is responsible for transmitting key signals such as power, communication signals, and encoder feedback. A servo harness is usually composed of several key parts: Servo power cable: This cable uses a high-strength, bend-resistant tinned copper wire shielded braided layer to effectively prevent signal loss and electromagnetic interference. Its outer sheath is made of wear-resistant and soft TPU material, which is resistant to high temperatures of 90°C. It will not deform the cable even after working for a long time. Servo signal cable: Also known as servo encoder cable, it is specially used to transmit encoding signals and feedback, and is an important component in the servo system. Servo brake cable: Used to control the emergency stop of the cable and the drive, and automatically cuts off the power in an emergency to play a protective role.
