Customs Union Technical Regulation TR CU 004/2011:Applicable countries: Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan.It is applicable to low - voltage cables, that is, cable products with an alternating current rated voltage from 50V to 1000V (including a direct current voltage from 75V to 1500V). This includes wires with a voltage not exceeding 80 volts, cables and flexible cords with insulated conductors having a diameter greater than 0.51 mm; other wires, cables and flexible cords with insulated conductors having a diameter greater than 0.51 mm; wires, cables and flexible cords with a voltage exceeding 80V but less than 1000V; and wires, cables and flexible cords with a voltage of 1000V.When exporting cables to the five Central Asian countries, low - voltage cables must be mandatorily subject to EAC certification in accordance with the requirements of the Customs Union Technical Regulation TR CU 004/2011, and for cables with a voltage greater than 1kV, a GOST compliance statement needs to be provided.
